1/4 cup almond flour
1 Tbs. coconut flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 Tbs. water
1/2 Tbs honey or maple syrup; 1/2 Tbs. coconut oil
1 1/2 Tbs. raisins
Mix well and microwave for 2 minutes. Then slice in half and toast.
