3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup tapioca flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
ghee, for frying
honey, for serving
Mix all ingredients well and let the batter sit for 5 minutes.
Fry one heaping tablespoon of batter per fritter. Don't overcrowd the pan.
